We believe that strategic planning is the key to defining the issues that will keep our mission moving forward. With this in mind and heart ROCC is striving to serve the Richland One community.
We believe that: - All youth should have the opportunity to reach their full potential
- Everyone has a right to live in a safe community
- Everyone shares the responsibilities and benefits of a safe and caring community
- Embracing diversity enriches and strengthens community
- Family, community, school involvement, personal accountability, open and honest communication, character and integrity are all essential elements to developing a wholesome, healthy, caring community
Based on the needs and concerns identified by student and parent surveys and the ROCC members, several key issues have been identified:- Parental involvement
- Youth involvement
- Community involvement
- Communication and information
